Interview with Mike Lum

Hi Everyone - I had a great conversation with my friend Mike Lum a few weeks back. We discussed being a new dad and the opportunities and challenges of fatherhood in general. A few key topics that we discuss:

-Fatherhood is harder than anyone can prepare you for :) Also - you can do this, and it’s a huge opportunity.

-Seek help when you need it. This is an act of the truly strong individual.

-The nutrition we put in our bodies makes a major difference in how we show up in our lives.
